This is a petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("1996 Act") seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the parties arising out of the Constructions/ Collaboration Deed dated 21.02.2022. 2.

The petitioners have not yet issued legal notice invoking arbitration under Section 21 of the 1996 Act.

Hence, the present petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to first issue a legal notice invoking arbitration under Section 21 of the 1996 Act to the respondent and thereafter, file a petition under Section 11 of the 1996 Act, in accordance of the law.
