The present Bail Application, under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been preferred seeking interim bail for a period of 60 days in FIR No. 0491/2025 dated 25.07.2025, registered at Police Station Ranhola, Outer District (Delhi), for offences under Sections 109(1)/191(2)/191(3)/190/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959, on the ground that the Petitioner's wife is at an advanced stage of pregnancy and her condition is not good. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that due to high-risk pregnancy, the doctors have advised that the wife of the Petitioner be immediately admitted for regular check-ups and constant supervision and since there is no other family member to look after the Petitioner's wife, the Petitioner may be granted interim bail for the said period. 4.
Learned APP for the State has handed over Status Report across the bar. The learned APP has opposed the present Bail Application in view of the gravity of offences. It is also submitted that the trial is at an initial stage and there is a likelihood that the Petitioner may jump bail condition, if granted.

This Court has perused the medical documents annexed with the present bail application as well as the Status Report as handed over by the learned APP for the State.

Without going into the merits of the case and only on the basis of the humanitarian and medical exigency grounds, the Petitioner is granted an interim bail for a period of two weeks, on the following terms and conditions:
a. That the Petitioner shall furnish a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and one Surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate, b. The Petitioner shall report to Police Station Ranhola, Outer District (Delhi), and mark his appearance, every Monday and Thursday at 10:00 am.

without prior intimation to the IO concerned; d. The Petitioner shall not indulge in any criminal activity and shall not communicate with or come in contact with the victim/witnesses or any person directly associated with them.
e. Upon expiry of the period of interim bail, the Petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent. f. The Petitioner shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

With the aforesaid directions, the present Bail Application, along with pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of. 8.
Copy of the Order be forwarded to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance and information.
