After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the abovesaid application at this juncture. He, however, submits that the applicant is in custody since 20.06.2022 and the charges have yet not been ascertained and learned Trial Court may be requested to ascertain the charges and if the charges are, eventually, ascertained, the concerned alleged eye witnesses be also examined without any delay. He also seeks liberty to approach this Court again, if need so arises. 2.

Learned APP for respondent/State assures that there would not be any delay or inaction on their part and every effort would be made to conclude the arguments on charge on the next date of hearing which is stated to be 21.04.2026. 3.

In view of the above, the present bail application stands disposed of as not pressed.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

Keeping in mind the period of incarceration of the applicant herein, learned Trial Court is requested to ensure that the charges are ascertained without any further delay so that, eventually, if the case is fixed for Prosecution's Evidence, the concerned eye witnesses are also examined, expeditiously.
