This petition has been filed for extension of the time for completion of the proceedings before the Sole Arbitrator.

Counsel for respondent has a serious objection, considering that there has been tremendous delay triggered by the petitioner itself. This extension petition was also filed apparently after delay of five months. 3.

However, without prejudice to the rights and contention of the parties, in order to facilitate the completion of proceedings, the application is allowed, and arbitration proceedings are extended for a period of six months with effect from today.

It is stated that the evidence is being led, and cross-examinations are yet to happen.
