This is a petition seeking following prayer:
It is therefore request to the Hon'ble court to allow criminal Miscellaneous case filed u/s 528 BNSS 2023 and:
1) Direct to the trial court to initiate inquiry in Misc. application filed u/s 379 BNSS 2023 on 15.05.2024 against respondent Pooja who filed D.V.Petition u/s 12 & 23 on false affidavits with submit income & expenditure statement on 27.03.2023.
2) Direct to trial court to complete the proceedings within a time bound period as to be directed by the Hon'ble High Court as complaint pending since 28.06.24 & now fixed on 03.03.2026.
