Kalyanpuri, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 341/323/506/354/354A/509/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC') in CRL.M.C. 9110/2025 and Sections 323/451/506/435/34 in Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC') in CRL.M.C. 9188/2025 on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties. 2.
Issue notice. The learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. 3.
All the petitioners and respondents are present before this Court and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer (IO) concerned, Police Station, Kalyanpuri, Delhi. 4.
Brief facts of the case are that the petitioners and respondents are neighbours in relation and on 08.011.2017, due to some misunderstanding, various differences, disputes and issues had arisen between the petitioners and the respondents. Upon the complaint by respondents and petitioners against each other, the present FIRs bearing nos. 477/2016 & 567/2017 came to be registered against the petitioners and respondents respectively. It is stated that with intervention of the family and friends, the parties have now amicably settled their dispute vide Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated 10.10.2023.

On a query made by this Court, respondent nos. 2 & 3 in CRL.M.C. 9110/2025 and respondent nos. 2 & 3 in CRL.M.C. 9188/2025, who have been identified by the IO, have categorically stated that they have entered into compromise out of their own free will and without any pressure, coercion or threat. Therefore, They have no objection if the present FIRs are quashed.

purpose will be served by continuing the proceedings, rather the same would create further acrimony between them. It would thus be in interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIRs and the proceedings pursuant thereto. There is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question. 7.
Accordingly, FIR bearing Nos. 477/2016 & 567/2017, registered at Police Station Kalyanpuri, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 341/323/506/354/354A/509/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, (hereafter 'IPC') in CRL.M.C.
9110/2025 and Sections 323/451/506/435/34 in Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC') in CRL.M.C. 9188/2025 of IPC and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
