Ms. Shiva Lakshmi, learned CGSC accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. The counsel states that she does not wish to file a reply to the application. The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows:

"a) Allow the application in favour of the petitioner and extend the time to comply with Order dated 13.4.2018 and direct the Registrar General to accept the Demand Draft No.309485 dated 25.04.2018 on behalf of Lancers Security Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in pursuance of Order dated 13.04.2018." 3.

For the reasons given in the application, the prayer made therein is allowed. The applicant/petitioner will comply with the directions contained in order dated 13th April, 2018 on or before 15th May, 2018. The application is disposed of accordingly.
