% 05.04.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is not receiving any instructions from the petitioner.

She had also telephonically informed him, however, he has not given any instructions and is not even present today.

On account of default of the Petitioner interim order was vacated by order dated 22.01.2019.

Since petitioner is not prosecuting the petition, Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
