This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a direction to Respondent No. 2 to provide certified copies of the Account Opening Form, KYC documents, detailed account statements and other related documents pertaining to Account No. xxxxxxxxxx6410.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondnet No. 1 on advance copy of the writ petition submits that the Petitioner is first required to approach the RBI Ombudsman before a writ petition can be filed. 5.

e-mail was sent to Respondent No. 2, however, a fresh letter of grievance will be sent to RBI Ombudsman within a period of one week from today. 6.
Writ petition is disposed of with a direction that on receipt of the fresh complaint/grievance, RBI Ombudsman will dispose of the same on or before 20.01.2026. The decision will be communicated to the Petitioner who, needless to state, will be at liberty to take recourse to legal proceedings, if aggrieved.
