This is an Application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking pre-ponement of hearing in W.P.(C) 19393/2025, which is listed on 14.10.2026 as the case of the Petitioner is covered by the Judgment dated 10.12.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.8304/2025 titled as Raghvendra Singh & Anr. v. UPSC & Anr.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the decision in Raghvendra Singh (supra) was challenged by way of filing a Special Leave Petition ("SLP") before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which has been dismissed vide order dated 13.05.2026. It was further submitted that after the dismissal of the SLP, this Court in W.P.(C) No.4708/2026 directed the Respondents to publish the revised results within six weeks and also directed them to proceed with the service allocation within next two weeks. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the other SLP preferred by the Respondents against the decision in Raghvendra Singh (supra) was dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 04.06.2026, pursuant to which the decision in Raghvendra Singh (supra) has attained finality.

It was further submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that since this Court has directed that the Respondents shall proceed with the revision of result in terms of the decision in Raghvendra Singh (supra) within a period of six weeks and thereafter shall proceed with the process of allocation within a period of two weeks after the result is revised, the hearing of the petition scheduled after the said time line be pre-poned so that the matter may not become infructuous.

Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the Application, the present Application is allowed and the hearing of W.P.(C) 19393/2025 is pre-poned to 19.06.2026.

The Application stands disposed of.
