The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent nos. 1 to 3, to take action against the illegal and unauthorized construction within the KCG Complex, bearing property No. 894/8, Mehrauli, New Delhi-110030.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition be treated as representation by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), and requisite orders be passed.
