A Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner with the prayer that the directions be given to the learned Trial Court for expeditious trial of the case 2.

Learned ASC on behalf of the State submits that in a Bail Application of co-accused Khushi Ram similar directions have already been issued by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 09.09.2025 directing the learned Trial Court to expedite the Trial. Similar directions are made herein that an endeavour be made to expedite the trial since it is pending for more than four years.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of along with the pending Application(s).
