CM APPL. No. 6421/2019 (for impleadment) By this application, a prospective flat buyer by name Ms. Usha, who has entered into agreement dated 09.08.2010 with the petitioner M/s A.P. Real Estates (partnership firm) for purchase of an apartment in a group housing project called A.P. Wonders, Near Rithala Metro Station, New Delhi, seeks impleadment in these proceedings. Applicant claims she wants to bring to the attention of the court the petitioner's conduct. In these proceedings the petitioner is seeking regularisation of its building construction/plan for the aforesaid group housing project.

The matter is otherwise listed on 28.02.2019 for respondent No. 1/North DMC to report its decision on the petitioner's application for regularisation as aforesaid.

At this stage, I do not deem it appropriate to issue notice on this application.

List this application along with the main petition on 28.02.2019, the date already fixed.
