Through the present petition, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of six weeks in FIR No. 857/2016 registered at Police Station Neb Sarai, Delhi.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the representation/application of the petitioner for parole dated 06.09.2025 is pending before the concerned Jail Superintendent/Jail Authority and prays that the concerned Jail Superintendent/Jail Authority may be directed to decide the same in accordance with law.

Learned ASC for State has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

After perusal of the record, contentions made in the petition as well as the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner and no objection from the respondent, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of along with pending applications, if any 8.
