% 09.07.2018 CRL.M.A. 7188/2018 (by petitioner for filing compliance affidavit) On 13.04.2018, the petitioner's counsel was permitted to remain present before the Investigating Officer at the time of interrogation of the petitioner. It was also directed that the said counsel shall maintain a reasonable distance and would not in any manner interfere in the investigation which was being carried out by the Investigating agency. The same order is reiterated.

The learned counsel for the applicant assures the Court that the applicant will appear before the Investigating Officer on the date and the time when he is so summoned.
