% 01.10.2018 We are informed that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre. A sum of Rs.50,000/- in cash has been handed over to the appellant who is present in Court in compliance with the settlement. Copy of the Settlement Agreement has been handed over in Court. As per the Settlement Agreement, the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal.

Court appreciates the efforts put in by the parties, their counsel and the Mediator for early resolution of the matter.
