This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the Suspension Order dated 23.10.2023, passed by the respondent no.4, who is situated at Malda, West Bengal. The inquiry against the petitioner pursuant to the charge-sheet dated 28.08.2024 is also being conducted in Malda, West Bengal. All records of the case would, therefore, be there. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been detained in Forced Custody, which is also in West Bengal. Therefore, we do not entertain this petition on the grounds of forum non conveniens.

The petition is accordingly dismissed. The petitioner is, however, granted liberty to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction to seek appropriate relief.
