The Applicant sought interim bail on the ground that his father was required to undergo knee replacement surgery. The State was directed to verify the said fact. Pursuant thereto, a status report has been filed, which reveals that although the Applicant's father has been admitted to the hospital, no date for the surgery has been fixed as yet. 2.

In view of the above, counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to revive the prayer as and when the surgery is performed.

Leave and liberty as prayed for, are granted. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
