The present petition, filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks setting-aside of the Arbitral Award dated 24.09.2022 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are ad idem that the execution proceedings relating to the Award under challenge are pending before the Executing Court at Vadodara. It is submitted that the previous Order dated 12.03.2026 also records the said fact. 3.

It is further submitted that the Order dated 12.03.2026 also records that a sum of approximately Rs. 9 Lakhs, out of the total awarded amount of approximately Rs. 12.5 Lakhs, has already been received by the Respondent, as also the fact that the Petitioner has, before the Executing Court at Vadodara, committed to satisfy the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. entire awarded amount and has also filed a schedule outlining therein the time period within which the said amounts would be paid, which proposal is still under consideration by the Respondent. 4.

Since it is obvious that the Petitioner herein has accepted the Award as he has taken positive steps towards the satisfaction of the same, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition.

Leave, as sought for, is granted.
