Applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No. 236/2025 dated 03.06.2025, for commission of offence under Section 309(4)/311/351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding section 392/397/506 of IPC) registered at P.S. Timarpur.

The accused was arrested on 04.06.2025 and is in custody since then. 3.

He is, reportedly, in his twenties and is pursuing studies. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the investigational aspects are already over and even charge-sheet has been filed. He also submits that his co-accused, who, though, had been charged with a milder offence, has already released on bail.

Learned Addl. P.P. for the State has handed over status report in Court. The same is taken on record. She does admit the fact that chargesheet has already been filed but supplements that in view of the seriousness of the allegation, the applicant does not deserve to be released on bail. Undoubtedly, the case in hand relates to robbery but at the same time the Court is also mindful of the young age of the applicant. 7.

Learned counsel for the applicant, in all fairness, admits that the applicant is also involved in one another incident of allegedly similar nature and has yet not been released in the other case which is FIR 237/2025 with the same Police Station i.e. Police Station Timar Pur. 8.

Keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case and, in particular, the young age of the applicant, who is, reportedly, in his twenties, applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of like amount subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate with condition that he shall not come in contact with the complainant or any other public witnesses, directly or indirectly.

The application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 10.
