The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 18/2024 of PS Sarita Vihar for offence under Section 376 IPC read with Section 6 of POCSO Act.

At the outset, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to the testimony of the public witness. For that, learned counsel also requests for directions to the IO to expedite filing of the supplementary chargesheet and learned APP, on instructions of IO/SI Suman, assures that the supplementary chargesheet shall be filed positively within two weeks.

As requested, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
