O R D E R

The present bail application is filed by the applicant seeking interim bail for a period of at least three weeks in FIR No. 480/2024 dated 30.06.2024, registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy, for offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, in order to facilitate the surgery and proper medical treatment of his wife which is scheduled for 24.12.2025. 2.

The applicant was released on interim bail for a period of five days from 13.12.2025 to 18.12.2025 on account of surgery of his wife. The surgery was supposed to take place on 15.12.2025.

Thereafter, the applicant filed an application seeking extension of interim bail before this Court, which was dismissed vide order dated 18.12.2025. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the surgery of the applicant's wife could not take place on 15.12.2025, the applicant therefore, surrendered on 18.12.2025. He submits that the surgery is now fixed for 24.12.2025. 5.

Considering the above, the present application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on interim bail for a period of five days, that is, from 23.12.2025 to 28.12.2025, on his furnishing a personal bond of ₹10,000/- with one local surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent / Trial Court and on the following conditions:

a. The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case or tamper with the evidence of the case, in any manner whatsoever;

b. The applicant shall provide the address where he would be residing after his release and shall not change the address without informing the concerned Jail Superintendent;

c. The applicant shall, upon his release, give his mobile number to the concerned Jail Superintendent and shall keep his mobile phone switched on at all times;

d. The applicant shall under no circumstance leave the boundaries of the country.

The applicant is directed to surrender on or before 28.12.2025.

The present order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance.
