% 11.04.2018 Mr. Kirti Uppal, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions states that they have submitted a cheque of Rs.75 lakhs to the Punjab National Bank, International Banking Branch, Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi today with a request that the latter may refrain from taking any coercive action against the former and restore the hitherto OTS sanction with immediate effect. Mr. Kirti Uppal, learned Senior Counsel, on further instructions states that in view of the foregoing, they seek leave to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law, if so advised.
