Petitioners have assailed issuance of notice by the learned Arbitral Tribunal. After addressing partly, on being apprised of the judgment in the case of National Highways Authority of India vs. CFM Asset Reconstruction Pvt. Ltd. & Anr., 2025:DHC:10444, learned senior counsel for petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all grounds as raised in the present petition, before the Arbitral Tribunal under Section 16 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
