O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 54/2018 This petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for making the Arbitral Award in the arbitration proceedings between the parties.

Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that the respondents have no objection if the prayer is granted. In fact, the same is so recorded in the record of the proceedings dated 20.03.2018 by the Sole Arbitrator.

Having perused the contents of the petition as also the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, the time for making the Arbitral Award is extended for a further period of six months with effect

from today.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to cost. Dasti.
