On an advance copy of the writ petition having been served upon the respondent, Mr. Dheeraj Kr. Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent No.2.

Arguments heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has passed a composite order under Section 14B and 7Q of The Employees' Provident Funds And Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 against them on 14.07.2017. He submits that despite request they have not been supplied with the copy of the order in order to enable them to seek appropriate remedy of filing appeal. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in fact the order was
passed on 25.09.2017 and they have already despatched the copy of the order to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that they have yet not received the copy of the order.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that they are ready to supply another copy of the order.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent No.2 shall send a certified copy of the order dated 25.09.2017 to the petitioner at the address mentioned in the memo of parties of this writ petition.

The petitioner may seek appropriate remedy as available to them in law within three weeks of receiving the copy of the order and during this period no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. 7.
In view of the above, the application being CM No.14722/2018 is dismissed.
