The present Appeal, filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, challenges the Order dated 15.12.2025, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Rohini, Delhi, in case being Guardian Petition (G.P.) 78/2023, titled "Hardeep Kumar v. Neha", whereby the Appellant was granted visitation rights of the minor child namely Master Shaurya during winter vacations from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM on 25.12.2025, 01.01.2026, 05.01.2026 and 07.01.2026 at Metro Walk, Sector-11, Rohini, Delhi.

In substance, the Appellant prays for overnight custody of minor son, who is nearly eight and half years old. This right of visitation has been given in addition to the visitation already granted vide Order dated 28.05.2024 in the said Guardian Petition. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, there is no ground to interfere with the Impugned Order.
