The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 230/2019 of PS Sultan Puri for offence under Section 363/366/342/354/376/370/34 IPC, Section 6/17 POCSO Act and Section 5/6 of ITPA Act. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial subsequent to examination of all public witnesses.
