The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following reliefs:- "A. Pass an appropriate order allowing the present petition, and consequently extending the mandate of the Ld. Arbitral Tribunal in the arbitration titled "Godrej Properties Limited Vs. Frontier Home Developers Private Limited & Ors.", as per Section 29A of the Act, by granting an extension of 12 [twelve] months for conclusion of evidence recording, arguments and passing of the arbitral award; B. Pass any such Order as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case and in the interest of justice."

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the application, the same stands allowed. The mandate of the Arbitrator stands extended for a period of twelve (12) months w.e.f. 18.12.2025. 3.

The instant petition stand disposed of.
