Status report has been filed on behalf of respondent/MCD. 1.1 A copy of the same has been handed over in Court and the same is taken on record.

In the status report, it has been stated that regularization filed on behalf of respondents no.3 and 4 has been rejected on 2nd February, 2026. It is further stated that no construction work is going on at present at the subject property.

Counsel appearing on behalf of private respondents no.3 and 4 submits that against the aforesaid rejection order dated 2nd February, 2026, appeals have been filed before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD ('ATMCD'), W.P.(C) 19431/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate remedies as per law in the event the petitioner has further grievance.
