After some hearing, Mr. Manish Gupta, learned counsel for the revisionist, seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition unconditionally. However, he submits that the rights and remedies of the revisionist before the Trial Court, if any, be left open. 2.

The revision petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn in the above terms.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the maintainability or merits of any remedy which the revisionist may choose to pursue before the Trial Court.
