% 07.12.2015 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit is valued beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court for the purposes of court fee and jurisdiction.

In view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl.

dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, the suit has to be transferred to the subordinate courts of competent jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit be transferred to the District Judge (East District), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

Ordered accordingly.
