This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period further period of 9 months for making and publishing the final Award.

It is stated that the parties are at the stage of the final arguments and hence, the petition for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

For the said reasons, issue notice to the respondents. 4.

Mr. Chauhan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and has no objection to the present petition being allowed. 5.

I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for delay.
