The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Counsel appears on behalf of the respondents on advance notice and does not oppose the aforesaid request.

The matter is at the stage of recording of respondents' evidence. 4.

Counsel for the parties submit that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is to expire on 31st December, 2025. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a further period of one (1) year from 31st December 2025. 6.
