The present Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenges the Order dated 10.11.2025, passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal-II ["DRTII"], Delhi. 2.
Admittedly, a statutory Appeal against the Impugned Order is maintainable before the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal ["DRAT"].

Learned DRT-II has only refused to send the alleged sale deed dated 26.07.2002 to Central Forensic Science Laboratory ["CFSL"] for opinion.

CFSL can only give an opinion which is not binding on the Court and it is for the Petitioner to prove his allegations. 6.
After the Chairperson of learned DRAT, Delhi demitted the office, Chairperson, learned DRAT, Kolkata has been given additional charge.

Hence, the Petitioner has an effective alternative remedy. 8.
Consequently, this Court is not inclined to exercise its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and finds no ground to interfere with the Impugned Order. 9.
