% 03.05.2018 CRL.M.A. 7124/2018 (Exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. CRL.M.C. 2009/2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.955/2015, PS Jamia Nagar, under Sections 392/394/397/341/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner however seeks to withdraw the present petition, which is thus dismissed as withdrawn.
