On 20.12.2024, this court had called for a report from the learned Trial Court as to the current stage of the proceedings. 2.

Since the TCR has been summoned, a perusal of the order dated 25.11.2016 shows that the matter has been settled and the accused persons have been acquitted and bail bonds have been cancelled. 3.

In this view of the matter, presumably, nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

For the said reasons, nothing survives in the petition and the same stands disposed of.
