CONT.CAS(C) 261/2018 Present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging violation of order dated May 19, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before me the minutes of meeting dated April 11, 2018 wherein it has been agreed by the officers of the EDMC and BYPL that they will withdraw the letter dated March 28, 2018 because of which the petitioner will withdraw the present contempt petition.

As the order dated March 28, 2018, is being withdrawn though based

on the minutes of meeting dated March 23, 2018, the contempt is closed. CM No. 14215/2018 (for stay) Dismissed as infructuous.
