O R D E R

% 17.07.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file an appeal against the judgment dated 22nd February, 2018 in case FIR No. 397/2003 under Sections 279/304A IPC registered at PS Tilak Marg before the learned Sessions Court to look after the ailing mother, to get married and maintain social ties.

A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report the family of the petitioner comprising of his mother is residing at H.No. 749, Gali No. 14, Raj Nagar, Part-II, Near Jaat Dharamshala Palam Colony, New Delhi. The ailments of the mother are general in nature and in this regard she is visiting OPD in Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital.

As per the nominal roll placed on record the petitioner was granted W.P.(CRL) 1165/2018

parole twice by this Court w.e.f. 25th January, 2017 and 31st October, 2017. On both the occasions there is no allegation that he misused the concession of parole granted to him. Considering the facts verified and the nominal roll of the petitioner this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. Further subject to the condition that he will not leave the NCR region in this period.

Petition is disposed of.
