% 05.02.2016 Ld. counsel for plaintiffs submits that suit property is situated at Mansarover Park which falls under the jurisdiction of District Shahdara, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District Shahdara, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge District Shahdara, Delhi on 10.05.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
