% 19.11.2018 In the Status report submitted by the State it is reported that the cancellation report has been submitted upon conclusion of investigation into FIR no. 46/2018 of police station Tilak Marg for the quashing of which the present petition was filed.

In this view, the leaned senior counsel, on instructions, submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and liberty being sought to approach the court again in the event of an adverse order being passed by the court of Metropolitan Magistrate. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, granted. Pending application also stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
