% 15.05.2025 I.A. 12370/2025 (joint application on behalf of the parties for taking on record the settlement arrived at and for disposal of the petition on the account of the settlement agreement dated 24.04.2025) 1.

This is an application filed by the parties for taking on record the settlement agreement dated 24.04.2025.

Learned counsel for the parties' state that the agreement has been partly performed as cheque dated 22.04.2025 has already been encashed. It is stated that there are three (3) more cheques which have to be encashed by the Respondent on 20.07.2025 (1st cheque), 20.10.2025 (2nd cheque) and 20.10.2025 (3rd cheque).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner undertakes that the said cheques will be duly honoured on presentation. 4.

Learned counsel for the Respondent states that with the receipt of the said amounts covered by the PDC, the award dated 30.09.2024 shall stand fully and finally satisfied.
