1. The instant petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed seeking transfer of civil suit bearing CS DJ 15741/16 titled as "Satwant Kaur & Another Vs. Parvinder Singh & Ors", for possession, recovery of arrears of license fee and damages and permanent injunction to the Waqf Tribunal.

was impleaded at the stage of conclusion of the trial. It is also submitted, at bar, that the private respondents i.e. respondents No.1 to 3 have not been appearing before the learned Trial Court.
3. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent No.4/Delhi Waqf Board accepts notice and submits, on instructions, that there is no objection on behalf of the respondent No.4, if the matter is transferred to the Waqf Tribunal, Patiala House Courts.
4. Since the respondents No.1 to 3 are not appearing before the learned Trial Court and the respondent No.4/Delhi Waqf Board has no objection, keeping in view the facts and circumstances, civil suit bearing CS DJ 15741/16 titled as "Satwant Kaur & Another Vs. Parvinder Singh & Ors", is withdrawn from the Court of District Judge (Central) Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, and assigned to the Waqf Tribunal, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
5. The transferor Court is directed to send the entire record to the transferee Court. The parties are also directed to appear before the Waqf Tribunal, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, on 19.02.2025.
6. With the aforesaid directions, the petition alongwith pending application, stands disposed of.
