Crl.M.A.15306/2016 (for release of FDR by complainant) Petitioner had offered to deposit `10,00,000/- in the form of FDR with trial court.

In view of this offer, petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. Charge sheet has already been filed and trial is under progress. During pendency of the case, I do not find any justification to release this amount to complainant, inasmuch as, no such order of release of amount was passed, while disposing of the bail application.

Application is dismissed.
