Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 who are present in Court and are identified by the learned counsel and the Investigating Officer state that they are living separately and will not interfere in the lives of petitioners who have also disinherited them. 3.

In view of the statements of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 made in this Court, petitioners do not prefer to pursue this writ petition any further and seek leave to withdraw the present petition.
