% 08.01.2019 Petitioner seeks bail in FIR No. 267/2018, under Sections 377/498A/506/34 IPC, registered at police station Samaipur Badli, Delhi. While entertaining this application, it was directed that no coercive steps be taken against petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and charge-sheet has been filed before the trial court.

Upon hearing and on perusal of the status report, interim order of 11th April, 2018 is made absolute and this application is disposed of with direction to petitioner to appear before the trial court on 16th January, 2019 so that petitioner is admitted to bail by the trial court subject to his furnishing bail bond and surety bond to the satisfaction of the trial court. BAIL APPLN. 785/2018
