% 22.05.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that refund order has been issued but the payment has not been received. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the payment would be made within a period of 10 working days.
Learned counsel for the respondents also states that speaking order on the question of interest has been passed. The petitioner, if aggrieved would be entitled to challenge the same. Interest payable, if any, would be paid within 10 working days. Learned counsel for the respondents has also drawn our attention to circular No. 21/2017-2018 dated 13.02.2018. Recording the above, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
