% 12.02.2020 This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct respondents to take action against the unauthorised construction in property No.3447, Gali Gular Wali, Kucha Pandit, Lal Kuan, Delhi-110006. The North DMC has filed a status report which shows that unauthorised construction was found in the form of ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor of the buildings. Accordingly, steps have been taken under sections 343 and 344 of the DMC Act. Demolition order was also passed on 28.5.2019. Demolition has also been carried out on 7.8.2018. Photographs of the demolished portion of the property has been placed on record. It is manifest that the respondents are taking action as per law. They will continue to deal with the property and will ensure that no unauthorised construction exists in the said property.

With the above directions, petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. FEBRUARY 12, 2020/n JAYANT NATH, J
