% 25.04.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith and instead be given liberty to move a review petition before the trial court.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.

The review application may be filed in terms of the liberty hereby granted within a week thereafter.

The execution of the eviction order shall remain stayed for a week. In the event of application for review being filed, the stay shall stand extended till the rent controller takes a decision on such review application. Dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
