I have perused the order dated 31.05.2016 which states that the office of the plaintiff is situated in Shahdara District and cause of action had arisen in Shahdara District. Ld. counsel for plaintiff has also submitted that the office of the plaintiff is situated in Welcome area which comes under the Jurisdiction of Shahdara District.

In view of the order dated 31.05.2016 and submission made by ld. counsel for plaintiff, Registry is directed to send the complete record of this case to the Ld. District Judge (Shahdara), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi for 29th August, 2016. Parties shall appear before the Ld. District Judge (Shahdara), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on the said date.
